Sorting Day

Thanks to all who came over yesterday to cool the house down! It was a very successful endeavor, as we presented people with "parting gifts" as they left: mainly bottles of alcohol that we can't ship to Malaysia or store, in addition to a few miscellaneous items such as BBQ briquettes, etc.

Today, however, is a working day, as J and I must go through the entire house and divide things into three categories: the items that will go in our suitcases (which we just purchased new ones as we anticipate more travel in our future), the items that will be stored here in Maryland while we are on assignment, and the items to go to our new rental home in Kuala Lumpur. We also have to complete the inventory for insurance purposes.
