The Suburban

The Suburban

This drink, The Suburban, named after a horse track and not yuppieville, required a number of ingredients that I don't normally have on hand, including dark rum and port. It's a very heavy drink, although it doesn't have much of a bite, but it also isn't as sweet as a drink with port could possibly be. I enjoyed it, although it wouldn't be something I'd make all the time.
