Every year we write a holiday missive to folks who, sometimes, reciprocate either with a letter of their own or a Christmas card, and this year was no different. What is different every year is the style in which the letter is written. Last year's was an homage to Lemony Snicket and a few years back I wrote it as the Supreme Court ruling on Bush v. Gore.
