I love Laurie Anderson. Her lyrics seem close to purest poetry to me -- so simple as to be almost invisible, almost like a palimpsest on the page.

Sure, bloggers post photos. In fact, some blogs are nothing more than photos (like this one).
I'm a big fan of Laurie Anderson, too--I find her lyrics almost zen like, in both the conciseness of the phrasing as well as the sometimes absurdity of the words.
