You Break It, You Bought It

So Congress has agreed to spend another $87.5 billion dollars in Iraq. Could we at least offer them statehood so that we have a chance of getting tax revenue from them in the future?

I can't blame Congress for this action. They are acting like a good parent. Georgie Bush and his gang walked into the Middle East toy store with their allowance in hand. They had told their parents that they were only going to get a Iraq64, but while there they decided to play with the IraqStation and broke it, so now Mom and Dad's gotta pay for it.

Unfortunately, I don't think these parents are smart enough to ground Georgie and his friends until they pay it back.
