Hotel Tamarindo Diria, Tamarindo
Lunch once again on the patio. We were able to get a new battery without much trouble at all. The car started immediately this morning, enough that we thought something might be amiss in our diagnosis of a dead battery, but when I cut the engine off and tried to restart it, it was as dead as it had been the day before. We decided that letting it sit for awhile, the battery would build up enough charge for one attempt. We left it to check out the horseback and turtle nesting tours, signing up for both this evening, then returned to the car, started it, and trundled down the road to a friendly service station that had one battery which had been sitting around for awhile, but was new.
